Serie A Is Suspended. Italian Prime Minister Conte: “There is no reason to continue the championship.”

The Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, announces live on social media what was decided by the government. The Premier announced the stop to the Serie A.

Giuseppe Conte spoke to the nation: “At this point, there is no reason why sporting events continue. I think about Serie A.

I’m sorry to say this but all the fans have to take note. We will not allow any other soccer game during the epidemy.”

Italy is set to suspend all sporting events until 3 April in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, a move that would see Seria A halted for almost a month.

According to all reports, the Brazilian talent, owned by Barcelona but on loan to Bayern Munich, could be included in the negotiation that would lead Lautaro Martinez to Blaugrana.

Obviously the economic interlocks of the deal should be found, but everything is possible.

 And the return of Coutinho to the Inter would trigger a tactical change. 

Conte would move to 3-4-2-1, freeing Coutinho and Eriksen behind Lukaku. Such it was at Chelsea when Hazard and Willian (or Pedro) supported Diego Costa.

After Blaise Matuidi and Daniele Rugani another Juventus player is positive for coronavirus.

Here what Dybala wrote on his social media.

“Hi everyone, I just wanted just to inform you that we have received the results for the COVID-19 test and both Oriana [Sabatini] and I have tested positive. Luckily we are in perfect conditions. Thanks for your messages.”

In the meantime Juventus confirmed the news.
